 Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for program registration unless the Illinois CPA Foundation cancels or reschedules the program.  If a program is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified 5 to 10 working days prior to the scheduled date by phone and/or written confirmation.

You may transfer to another program if you notify the Illinois CPA Foundation in writing at least 7 days prior to the program date. You may substitute another person for your registration until the morning of the program. Notification of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the program date will result in the forfeiture of the registration fees.
